Service and support
MIKRON SLOVAKIA s.r.o. currently has a service department based in Nové Zámky.
The service staff are regularly trained at Mikron suppliers to provide full featured and technically advanced services at the customer. Our company has the largest service staff operating for the area of Slovakia.
Main activities of the Service Department:
- installation, operator training, guarantee and after-sales service for machines saled by company MIKRON SLOVAKIA, s.r.o. from the folloving manufacturers : PINNACLE, LEADWELL, SANCO, Z-MAT
- after-sales service for machines from companies: TRENS, a.s. - Trenčín a KOVOSVIT MAS, a.s.
Additional services
- reviewing and sorting the machine accuracy -Renishaw Ballbar QC10 Unit
- installation of the machine accessories (measurments, CNC rotary tables...)
- assistance in landing new machines at the customer
- renting handling equipments
Spare parts stock in Nové Zámky
These are the central stocks for Mikron Hungaria, Kft. and Mikron Moravia, s.r.o. too. By creating sufficient stocks we try to make the delivery time effective and the intervention of our service technicians fast for full customer satisfaction.
Customer trainings
Our aim for our machines is to train people who will work at the machine the best way. This will of course reduce the failure rate of the machine. As known human factor is the cause in 90% of cases of breakdown. That's why we offer several types of training:
- one-day specialized training in programming the Fanuc or Heidenhain control system at the training center in Nové Zámky - this training is about basic programming operations and basic programming steps, either on programming simulators or in practice on the machine
- two-day specialized training in programming the Fanuc or Heidenhain control system at the training center in Nové Zámky - practicing programming on specific parts
- one-day specialized training in programming the Fanuc or Heidenhain control system directly at the customer - the advantage of training is training directly on the machine that the customer will control
- two-day specialized training in programming the Fanuc or Heidenhain control system directly at the customer - training in programming on specific parts, production of the first pieces
- training of machine operators and maintenance - care for the machine and its maintenance and cleaning
- creation of technology and tuning of the machine according to a specific part and according to the specific requirements of the customer - complete sorting of the machine, identification of productive tools, clamping, program creation, tuning for serial production, training of machine operators.
