VMC 117S,137S,147S
is determined for accurate and fast machining of various and complicated shapes, drilling, boring, taping and milling of hard and complicated shaped workpieces. The Pinnacle VMC series machines adopt heavy duty Roller linear guide ways by 55HRC into the deep 2mm instead of steel ball ones. Auto tool changer provide more effectivity and make all machining proces fast and systematic. The advantage of this model line is a possibility to choose various types of spindle according to special customer wish. This center excels with travel in axis Y=710mm and possibility of ISO50 spindle installation.
Low Friction, High Efficiency
The feedrate starts awith 30m/min. Combining the benefit of box and linear guide ways, the machine's dynamic motion control features high sensitivity with heavy loading capacity. The new construction allows to install ISO50 and to install more robust spindle drive of 18,5kW with 2 speed gearbox.
